Boyd Jones was selected as Construction Manager at Risk for a new Lexus dealership. The main dealership, service garage, and detail bay/car wash make up the 82,982 SF facility. The main dealership building is conventional steel construction and houses two showrooms, a customer lounge, offices, and an employee fitness area.
The detached service garage, housing 33 service stalls, is topped with a single elevated deck providing 70 parking stalls. The detached detail bay and car wash were constructed south of the main dealership. The project site is surrounded by single-family residences, immediately adjacent to a bank and highly visible from West Dodge Road. The project team actively worked to mitigate any potential disturbances to the neighbors and maintain an exceptionally clean and organized site.
