This project involved the complete interior demolition and new tenant finish of 3,800 square feet for Salt 88, an Omaha restaurant featuring a dining room, party room, bar, wine tasting area and wine rack,
kitchen and pizza oven, and patio seating overlooking the Eagle Run Golf Course. The work also included brand new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
This project required extensive coordination with the neighboring tenants to mitigate any potential issues in regard to sound, dust, and power shutdowns. Scheduling considerations included the provision for
long lead-time items as well as the coordination of multiple trade crews concurrently working in the tight space.
