Construction of this new, three-story building in Dundee required the demolition of an existing structure. Compared to the building it replaces, the new, mixed-use facility is taller and sits closer to the street to maximize space. The space features apartment units on the third floor, a pediatric clinic and offices on the second floor, and retail space on the first floor. The façade materials include red brick to match the historic Dundee neighborhood aesthetic.
