Boyd Jones constructed two 2.82 MW GE wind turbines for Southern Public Power District, a ratepayer-owned electric utility serving communities across seven counties in central and south-central Nebraska. The project is located in Franklin County at the intersection of state highways NE-4 and NE-10 west of Upland, Neb.
