Riverfront Partners selected Boyd Jones as construction manager at risk for Riverfront Place Tower II, the newest of two luxury high-rise condominiums perched along the west bank of the Missouri River. The 16-story structure boasts 52 residential living spaces ranging in size from 4,200-1,000 SF, including a 6,000-SF penthouse.
Boyd Jones made sure the project’s eventual tenants would experience quality in not only what they could see — project specifications called for high-end finishes and top-quality features — but also in what they couldn’t hear: designs incorporated double-layered drywall and double-layered insulation between adjacent units on the same floor to meet privacy expectations.
Living quarters feature extensive use of glass with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the building is tapered toward the river to ensure every tenant gets an adequate waterfront view.
