Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate looked to Boyd Jones to help them build a new office as their services and team expand throughout the region. The result is a new, two-story office building featuring beautiful stone and lighting on the exterior. Inside, the building provides well-appointed office and support spaces accentuated by natural light.
The building was constructed on a tight site with adjacent buildings. Given the high traffic and limited storage and parking options, it was critical that the team be good stewards of resources and mindful of the impact of construction for the neighbors. Consistent communication, commitment to the owner and architect’s vision, and respect for the neighborhood resulted in a modern office completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
