Boyd Jones was selected as CMR for a project initially envisioned as a modest renovation for an auto dealership facility that had not been upgraded in 20 years. After budgeting with the owner and assessing the state of existing facilities, the owner decided to allocate additional budget for items that included new roofing, all-new paving and site drainage around the facility, and interior remodeling of select office space. The resulting project is a modernized dealership facility with upgraded office space and completely new paving and site work.
