Boyd Jones partnered with the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, to build a replacement fire station facility that meets the demands of modern emergency response. Built for operational efficiency, the new facility was constructed on the former fire station site, which opened in 1958. The new state-of-the-art space features four apparatus bays that empower Lincoln Fire & Rescue to respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies.
Highlights include a specialized decontamination area, common areas, and fitness facilities. Thoughtfully designed residential quarters for up to 12 crew members, a kitchen and dining room, and an administrative workspace complete the station, creating a cohesive environment that empowers the fire and rescue teams to serve the community at their best for years to come.
