Boyd Jones and Schemmer were selected to design and construct this 24,000-SF service center facility for an electric power company serving a 4,000-square-mile service territory in south-central Nebraska. The project consists of pre-engineered metal building construction; an office and administrative area with reception and meeting rooms; a storage warehouse for electric power maintenance and repair supplies; a 16,000-SF covered truck barn with a wash bay; and a large storage yard for power poles, transformers, and other equipment.
