Central City Public Schools selected Boyd Jones as construction manager for a multi-phase additions and renovations project at its elementary and junior-senior high school campuses.
The project provides safer, modernized facilities for instruction, gatherings, and career readiness that allows the district to address growing demand for skilled trades. The first phase of the project resulted in new administrative offices for the district’s elementary staff, an expanded special education classroom, and a new preschool classroom. As part of Phase II, four additions around the district’s junior-senior high school building include an industrial technology center, a cafeteria and commons, administrative offices, science labs, and secure entrance.
