Lanoha Real Estate selected Boyd Jones to construct a private clubhouse and pool facility for its exclusive Prairies neighborhood development in 2016. Beyond construction of these structures, sitework and improvements on the gently sloping half-acre lot resulted in a walkable, centralized location for the neighborhood’s residents and their families. Hardscaping for this portion of the development included poured concrete pathways, stone veneer in covered patio areas and on columns, and wrought iron fencing to provide a cohesive look with neighborhood design specifications. The structures incorporated these characteristics as well as decorative cedar brackets on structural components.
Softscaping for the project included the planting of approximately 70 3”-caliper trees. Owner-specified varieties on the plant schedule included skyline locust, regal prince oak, gingko biloba, and Colorado blue spruce.
