For the second-straight year, the National Safety Council, Nebraska has named Boyd Jones among Nebraska’s Safest Companies with Distinction. To achieve the recognition with distinction, companies must outperform their industry average by at least 50%. This year, we’re proud to boast that Boyd Jones outperformed the industry average by more than 90%.

The honor is validation for Boyd Jones’ continual investment of more than 500 hours of safety training each year. It’s our goal to make sure that our people—our number-one asset—are working in the safest conditions possible, and it requires a firm commitment to achieve that goal.

“Safety is about more than just going through the motions,” said Boyd Jones Safety Director Jared Jensen. “It takes buy-in and a conscious effort on everyone’s part to always be mindful of what you’re doing, to be aware of job site conditions, and to be committed to empowering our coworkers to do things safely.”
