The Walnut Hill Elementary School project involved the construction of a 29,400 SF addition and the complete renovation of the existing 27,500 SF building. The project was completed over a two-year period in three phases, while keeping the school fully operational. The project also included construction of a geothermal well field and installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The new addition was designed to complement the original architecture, while incorporating state-of-the art systems and finishes.
