Boyd Jones brought to life the Waterford Building, a four-story, 220,000 SF office building on a manicured 40-acre campus in West Omaha.

Configured as two office wings with a central commons and entrance area, expansive glass facades, striking structural steel elements, and a remarkable water feature visible from the nearby highway, this building captivates the attention from all who pass by. Located just off the West Dodge Road, the building has become a landmark in Omaha’s landscape, recognized for its namesake water fountain feature.

Inside, cutting-edge technology and high-quality finishes give tenants a modern, luxurious space to work, socialize, and collaborate. A spacious, centrally located multipurpose room with configurable seating can easily accommodate large conferences.
