Riverfront Partners selected Boyd Jones to construct Riverfront Place Tower II, the newest of two luxury high-rise condominiums perched along the west bank of the Missouri River in Omaha, NE. Spanning 160,000 SF, the 16-story cast-in-place structure boasts 52 residential living spaces. Units range from 4,200 to 1,000 SF, with a 6,000 SF penthouse occupying the top floor. Parking spans two levels with 100 stalls.
Our team worked diligently to deliver a space that matched design specifications and bring the vision for this space to life. To ensure minimal sound impacts between residents, we incorporated double-layered drywall and insulation between adjacent units on the same floor.
The living quarters feature extensive use of glass with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the building is tapered toward the river to ensure every tenant gets a waterfront view of the river.
