We completed a facility assessment that transitioned into community engagement and pre-bond support, leading to a successful first attempt at the ballot, with a bond passed at 63%.
After the successful bond passage, we completed planning, preconstruction, and construction management for an addition and renovation project. We transformed and expanded the existing junior-senior high building into a consolidated PreK-12 building, unifying two separate facilities onto a single campus.
Renovations to the existing 50,000 SF facility modernized learning spaces, upgraded the building’s ADA accessibility, created a new kitchen facility, and improved parking lots and site access. A 55,000 SF addition included classrooms, a new competition gymnasium, a weight room, common space, and secure entrances that more than doubled the size of the existing building.
