Located in the former ticketing office of a mail-by-rail terminal is Café Postale, a multi-level space that blends modern concepts with reimagined and repurposed historic elements. Café Postale opened after Boyd Jones built out the 5,000 SF space in the Rail & Commerce Building, located just outside the Old Market in Omaha, Nebraska.
The café features three unique areas—a welcoming primary café with wood flooring and vintage charm, the Northside, which features exposed brick that calls upon the building’s history, and an outdoor garden patio that overlooks the train tracks. In addition to a barista counter and kitchen prep area to serve various coffee drinks and food, Café Postale also offers a selection of cocktails, wine, and beer.
