Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate partnered with Boyd Jones to build a new two-story office in Elkhorn, Nebraska to support its growing regional services and team. Spanning 15,000 SF, the two-story structure features realtor offices, conference rooms, and community spaces, all carefully built to reflect the consumer-oriented approach of Better Homes and Gardens.

The exterior features beautiful stone and lighting, and the interior provides well-appointed office and support spaces accentuated by natural light. The building was constructed on a tight site with adjacent buildings in an area with high traffic and limited storage and parking options. Carefully considering these factors, the team made it a top priority to be mindful of the construction impacts on neighbors.
