Over a 25-year relationship, Airlite Plastics and Boyd Jones have partnered together on numerous successful projects, including facility upgrades, additions, paving, and more, spanning over 1M SF. 

Part of our recent work together includes the completion of a 25,000 SF in-mold labeling (IML) facility expansion in Omaha, Nebraska. This precast concrete addition houses cutting-edge technology, break rooms, and administrative offices on a partial second level.

Meticulous planning and execution ensured this addition seamlessly integrated with the existing facility, enhancing operational efficiency and capacity. This addition represents a strategic investment that empowers Airlite to meet customer needs while upholding the highest quality and performance standards. 

In our most recent project, we completed an office space expansion with 10,000 SF of renovations. This included modern office and administrative spaces, flex space for training and collaboration, break room facilities, large conference and meeting areas, and additional bathrooms and mother’s rooms. We also upgraded IT infrastructure to meet the company’s current and future technology needs.
