Boyd Jones delivered Abbott Drive Warehouse to meet the growing demand for industrial real estate surges—amid the continued growth of e-commerce and the shift toward regionally stored inventory. This 150,000 SF facility was developed to support distribution and provide local scalable storage capacity.

Boyd Jones managed the project from preconstruction through completion, aligning the design and construction process with the client’s operational goals. The warehouse features a 60’ speed bay, 30 dock doors, and 50’ x 50’ bay spacing, creating a layout optimized for efficient racking, rapid loading, and streamlined material handling.

Every aspect of the space was designed and built for performance, flexibility, and long-term functionality.
