Scooter's Coffee

Beginning as a single drive-through in Bellevue, Nebraska, Scooter’s Coffee has grown into a powerhouse with over 850 locations across 30 states. Amid steady expansion, the Omaha-based company needed additional space to keep pace with the growing national footprint. Scooter’s selected Boyd Jones as their partner to renovate an existing distribution facility and build out a home office to consolidate corporate functions in a new 65,000 SF corporate headquarters.

In addition to housing corporate office operations, the facility included a full-scale, functioning replica of a Scooter’s Coffee kiosk for training. A bakery that’s four times larger than the original and a coffee roastery six times larger than the previous version empowered Scooter’s to support hundreds of locations and continue expanding. 

Throughout the office, Boyd Jones delivered flexible, people-first spaces that encourage collaboration. Open workstations are anchored by private phone booths, hoteling desks, and break-out zones that support a fast-moving, team-oriented culture.
