OneWorld Community Health Center West

OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc. provides culturally respectful, quality healthcare with special attention to underserved communities. Boyd Jones partnered with the health center to meet a growing need for a new West Omaha medical, dental, and behavioral health services clinic. With this space, OneWorld has been empowered to serve even more individuals with its open-door policy, providing treatment regardless of an individual’s income or insurance coverage.

The project, which spanned 5,200 SF, included interior demolition, minor facade improvements, and remodeling of an existing structure, including all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.

The finished clinic houses nine patient exam rooms, three dental stations, a blood lab, and an X-ray room. Private dental station areas were also added to accommodate future expansion and support OneWorld’s continued growth.

Using innovative scheduling and staffing strategies, Boyd Jones completed the project in 82 days, successfully assisting OneWorld in meeting their federal licensing requirements for the new facility and completing the project on schedule.
