Continuing our established partnership, Boyd Jones recently 14,500 SF of renovations and a 2,500 SF addition to create new administrative offices for Springfield Platteview Community Schools at the former elementary school.
The transformed space created a front entry, large meeting room, conference room, kitchen, and lounge space. Our focus on driving value for the district led us to repurpose salvaged materials to elevate interior finish quality beyond what was initially specified.
We successfully navigated challenges, including previously undiscovered deterioration of subgrade concrete masonry unit (CMU) block and abnormally long lead times for rooftop units and switchgear, while preserving the original project schedule.
