Knoxville Community Schools partnered with Boyd Jones as part of a multi-facility project to update facilities and meet growing community needs, including a new middle school and updates to the high school.
Built on the previous high school site, a new two-story, 95,000 SF middle school provides students and teachers with state-of-the-art, modern learning environments.
Flexible classroom space maximizes 21st-century learning principles. New athletic facilities, including a competition gym, two-lane indoor running track, and outdoor track and field, provide teams with space to train and compete. At the high school, 125,000 SF of updates to the HVAC system ensured that the district is set up for success for years to come.
