North Omaha Intergenerational Campus

In a transformative, adaptive reuse of space, Boyd Jones renovated the former St. Richards Church, Rectory, School into the North Omaha Intergenerational Human Services Campus. The renovations created a true community hub, featuring a Community Senior Center, Children’s Emergency Shelter, Outpatient Health Care Center, and Administrative Offices.

The campus also created eight residential units and diverse amenities to serve individuals and families alike, including a laundry room, shared common spaces, classrooms, an art room, a computer room, a large dining room, a commercial kitchen, and a recreational gym with a refurbished stage.
