After decades of neglect, the Burlington Mail Terminal was revitalized and transformed into the mixed-use Rail & Commerce Building, which houses numerous businesses, including Commerce Village. While the Burlington Mail Terminal was originally a three-story space, the 30-foot ceiling height provided optimal space to insert an additional floor level, creating what is now Commerce Village.
The transformed 22,200 SF space offers a variety of modern office amenities, including an open floor plan to accommodate flexible working space for 50 desks and 13 office suites in a range of sizes.
Additional features, including a kitchen facility, fitness center with showers and locker rooms, game and break rooms, two conference rooms, and a variety of flexible work, play, and relaxation spaces, solidify Commerce Village as a vibrant coworking community for more than 100 creatives, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and remote workers.
