Larimore Senior Residences

Boyd Jones was proud to partner on the Larimore Senior Residences project, which transformed a vacant structure into 45 apartment units for seniors and special needs populations.  

A Historic transformation, this project included the complete renovation of a derelict building into a modern apartment community, helping address the growing need for affordable housing among Omaha’s north-side residents.  

Comprehensive renovations created modern one- and two-bedroom apartment units, administrative offices, and community spaces. 

This project leveraged Historic Tax Credits and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits as part of a strategic funding mix to ensure its success. By infusing new life into this historical site, the project addressed the pressing need for affordable housing and established a community-focused space that fosters inclusivity and well-being for a diverse range of residents.
