Fort Calhoun Elementary School

Boyd Jones delivered a series of renovations and additions to update and expand Fort Calhoun Elementary School. 

Phase 1 spanned kitchen and cafeteria transformations, elevator improvements, and classroom additions. The next phase added a 5,500 SF wing dedicated to 2nd– and 3rd-grade classrooms, expanding the district’s footprint and capacity to serve more students. In Phase 3, Boyd Jones built a gymnasium addition, expanding the school’s capacity for physical education and community activities. 

Because the school remained fully occupied throughout construction, our team relied on thoughtful phasing, close coordination, and a strong safety focus to protect students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
