Tri-County Solar

Located in Scottsville, Kentucky, the Tri-County Solar Project generates 7 MW of renewable power within the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) regulated utilities region. Acting as EPC, Boyd Jones provided full engineering, procurement, and construction services—delivering a high-performance solar facility designed for long-term reliability, safety, and energy efficiency. 

The project was developed in partnership with Bluestem Energy Solutions, a developer, owner, and operator of renewable energy resources headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. Bluestem Energy Solutions works to identify, develop, and implement local energy solutions for utilities, helping communities transition toward cleaner, more resilient energy systems.
